What is Coil-Coating?
Coil Coating means a continuous process within the aluminium substrate gets degreased, chemically pre-treated and coated. The paint, an organic solvent or water-borne system, is applied through rolls. On the opposite, the post painting the coil will be first painted and than further processed.

Quality assurance system: We have a professional quality technical management team, various advanced testing devices, and a complete quality control system. We follow the TQM (total quality management) core principle, and have constituted three major quality control systems MQC, IPQC and OQC to ensure the stable product quality.
Quality control system:
MQC( Material quality control system)
1) All raw and auxiliary materials are tested by advanced devices. 2) Materials are monitored strictly as per the quality control procedures, and the material performance of colored aluminum rolls is tested in the test center everyday. 3) Nonacceptable materials are isolated, evaluated and disposed, and the corresponding supplier is asked to make improvement. 4) The quality of material in stock is verified regularly.
IPQC(In process quality control)
1) A system of FAI (first article inspection) is actualized to inspect all items of the first roll of product, and the batch production will not be started unless the first roll pass the inspection, and the product is followed with process check, storage check and delivery check. 2) Process inspection requirements:surface quality,full inspeciton,plate shape,using standard test platform to test the first plate,only qualified products can be for the production, and select sample to test during the process. 3) Using a computer to monitor on production process, data of production automatically gain and feedback ,reaching product process quality control. 4) Every batch of product must pass the full quality control(FQC) before packaging and storage,and record the results to ensure that the products meet the requirements of quality of storage.
OQC(Outgoing Quality Control ): Product outbound before sampling inspection 1) Testing product sample before outing storage 2) Testing the overall appearance and situation of product before outing storage 3) Ensure product quality through the above three quality assurance system, while using ERP system to make resources planning, ensuring timely delivery.
